Meet Deb Holland

Deb Holland was born in Lynnfield Center, Mass. She moved to New Hampshire with her three children in the late 1960’s.

She studied at University of NC and BU, and later worked at McLean Hospital as a dance therapist. Deb and her husband have started many businesses, Brick Village Square (an 8 business complex), the Loon’s Nest Gift Shop, the home of the Maxfield Parish Trust Museum Store, the first large barge service on Squam Lake, Squam Range Hiking, Inc., and Holland Construction Co., to name a few.

With this diverse background becoming a real estate agent was a natural route and where she later received the N.H. Coldwell Banker Agent of the Year Award for both buying and selling sides. Through extensive schooling, Deb received her CBA, CRS and GRI designations. Deb’s business model, “action” and thinking “out of the box” has helped her in a long successful real estate career.

Deb resides on her farm in Holderness. She has raised organic Hereford beef cattle, pigs, meat goats and laying hens. She enjoys riding her trusted horse Sir Duncan Chi and walking her dog, Buck. She has introduced her eight grandsons to kayaking, fishing, hunting, skiing and hiking in heart of New Hampshire’s great outdoors.
