A quiet bedroom and renovated bath across the hall features an oversized walk-in shower. A garage under the whole house is presently used for storage. The shared laundry is in the lower level utility room. This main house is wired for a portable generator.
What we call the gambrel cottage is a detached home in lovely condition. It is over 1,200 s/f on two levels. The upper level is bright and attractive and looks out at paddocks front and back. The open-concept design offers gleaming wood floors, an applianced corner kitchen including a built-in microwave, dining area and large sitting or living room. A three-quarter bath and enormous pantry closet complete this level. On the ground floor is a family room, nice bedroom and utility room that holds the mechanical systems and has washer/dryer hookups.
